PMI-authorized training partner SSGI provides LSSGB certification, offering a detailed understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology focusing on the DMAIC framework to enhance efficiency, quality, and process variation. The importance of VOC, CTQ, VOP, COPQ was understood through various case studies of Amazon, Apple, and Zara, where Lean and Six Sigma concepts were applied. A detailed project on Zoniwear was conducted to monitor and control quality and improve manufacturing process efficiency.
